Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Kathmandu. The Educational Counselor will assist students with their educational plans, guide them through the application process, and provide career counseling. Daily tasks include student counseling, conducting information sessions, liaising with educational institutions, and maintaining accurate records of student progress and consultations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, marketing materials, and presentations. You should have a strong sense of design, color, typography, and layout, with the ability to bring ideas to life that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative campaigns.
Edit and enhance images, photos, and videos as needed.
Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools to ensure fresh and innovative designs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
