1. Objective of the Internship

The internship at Enlighten Infosys Pvt. Ltd. provides hands-on experience and practical exposure in real-world IT and digital projects. Interns will gain skills in Software Development, Web Development, or Digital Marketing, working under experienced professionals to strengthen technical, analytical, and creative capabilities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Depending on assigned domain:

A. Software Development

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to maintain and enhance system performance.
• Participate in debugging and documentation of modules.
• Learn and apply Agile methodology and version control systems (Git).

B. Web Development

• Support creation and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications.
• Implement front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks).
• Assist with back-end integration and database management.
• Ensure web optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and security standards.

C. Digital Marketing

• Support social media campaigns, SEO, content creation, and paid ads.
• Assist in managing brand presence across digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Help with email campaigns, lead generation, and client engagement activities.

3. Expected Outcomes / Deliverables

• Complete at least one assigned project or module.
• Demonstrate improved technical or marketing skills.
• Submit a brief report summarizing achievements and learnings.
• Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.

4. Supervision & Mentorship

• Intern will have a Project Lead / Mentor.
• Weekly review meetings will assess progress and provide feedback.
• Guidance, tools, and resources will be provided for successful completion of tasks.

5. Learning & Development Opportunities

6. Intern Requirements / Eligibility

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All work produced during the internship is the property of Enlighten Infosys Pvt. Ltd.
• Interns must maintain confidentiality of all company and client data.
• Sharing company resources externally is strictly prohibited.

8. Performance Evaluation & Completion

• Evaluations at mid-term and internship end.
• Criteria: quality of work, learning progress, communication, punctuality.
• Certificate awarded upon successful completion.

9. Other Terms & Conditions

• Internship is a learning opportunity, not employment.
• Absences must be communicated and approved.
• Company may modify assignments or terminate the internship for valid reasons.
• Interns are expected to maintain professional behavior and adhere to policies.
